Company M/s Invensys Process Systems (Foxboro), Chennai, INDIA From May’2000 To Present Presently working as Lead Service Engineer and posted at Ahmadabad Office and providing customer support and services to more then 15 Gujarat Region Customers like: 1. Gujarat Refinery, IOCL, Vadodara. (System Installed – Triconex TMR PLC) 2. Nova Petrochemicals, Ahamadabad. (System Installed – Foxboro DCS NT based) 3. GNFC, Baruch. (System Installed – Foxboro DCS NT based) etc. 4. Nirma Ltd., Arvind Mills, Alembic Chemicals, Deepak Nitrite etc. System Upgrades Provided: 1. Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Vadodara: The Triconex TMR interfaced with Honeywell DCS system upgraded from version 6.x to 9.2 for SRU (Sulphur Recovery Unit) and GRE-AU4 units. Complete hardware and software upgrade was performed as per the guidelines. I was involved in new logic development as well as conversion and optimisation of the ladder logic. The upgraded Hardware includes version 9.2 Main Processors, NCMs, EICMs, DO cards, DI cards, Network communication cable with end terminators. The serial communication between Tricon PLC and Honeywell EPLCG also provided with multi-dropping option for redundancy. The upgraded software includes Tristation 1131 v4.0 and SOE v4.0 from MSW. The SOE configuration is provided as per their requirement. SAT also has been performed for the above system. 2. Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Vadodara: The SAT performed for Triconex TMR installed at LAB unit for the final commissioning as per the AK6 guidelines. This system was supplied, installed and commissioned by Tata-Honeywell, Pune. Customer Support Engineer Provided Services to Mother Dairy, New Delhi for 3 years. Responsibilities include Operation and Maintenance of supplied DCS (I/A Series) System. Provide training for Customer’s staff about the system for proper operation.
