* Enabled Computer Science department to provide in-depth network training by restoring crashed IOS and fixing malfunctioning network rack consisting of four Cisco 2600 series routers, four switches and 16 Linux nodes.

* Improved students’ training by using repaired Cisco network to design/implement four new network labs that taught students how to set up IOS, how to set up static and dynamic routing and how to trace data packets.
